The Cortex Commons
The Cortex Commons is an outdoor gathering space for District members and visitors to connect and experience the Cortex Innovation District. Here you'll find regular Cortex sponsored programming in conjunction with District partners, like outdoor yoga and food trucks and you can enjoy free WIFI throughout the Commons.
The Cortex Commons is available to rent for your event or gathering. Please review the Cortex Commons Rental Guidelines for general information about reservations.
Rental: District Member: $50 - $500, External Community: $1,000 - $1,500. *See rental guide for full pricing details

Event Space
Boasting a variety of locations, shapes, and sizes and our proximity to lunch and dinner venues makes the Cortex Innovation District an ideal spot to host your event. Featuring rooms ideal for groups of 12-100, we have options to meet your needs. Event planning is easy as these spaces allow for you to choose your own catering service and offer the additional ease of in-room A/V.
Meeting Rooms
Offering a variety of meeting spaces throughout the District, our District Experience Team is equipped to match your needs with the spaces available for use. Our partnership with CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) – St. Louis, allows for access to more than 20 flexible meeting spaces from 2-60 people.
