Introducing the Missouri Tech First Initiative, powered by Cortex

With a $7M investment from the State of Missouri to fuel our efforts, Cortex is addressing the State's skills and talent gap while providing pathways into tech careers for historically underrepresented, underestimated, and rural communities across Missouri. 

We've built partnerships at the local, state, and national levels who today are training tomorrow's IT, cybersecurity, and coding experts – ensuring Missouri can attract and retain high-growth companies. The strategic partnership of the Missouri Tech First Initiative recognizes that there are many paths beyond a four-year degree from a college or university for preparing someone for a successful tech career.
